Discounts:

Multiple Student Discount:

Providence Academy offers a multiple student discount to assist families with tuition costs. Our grades are broken up into two schools: Lower School and Upper School. The first student you have will be the full tuition rate (starting with your oldest student) and any other students enrolled in the same school (i.e. lower or upper) will receive the multiple student discount. See the breakdown of the discount below.

Note: If you have more than three children in a school category (i.e. lower or upper), the 3rd Student Tuition pricing applies to any additional students.

Example:

Mary has 4 children. A 10th grader, a 7th grader, a 4th grader, and a 2nd grader. Her tuition is below:

10th Grader: $8,242.00 (first student)

7th Grader: $5,238.00 (second student discount as they are 2nd student enrolled in upper school)

4th Grader: $5,689.00 (first student—in lower school, so goes back to 1st student pricing)

2nd Grader: $4,551.00 (second student discount as they are 2nd student enrolled in lower school)

 Family Referral Program

At Providence Academy, we value the partnership and advocacy of our school families. As a token of our appreciation, we are pleased to offer the following referral incentives to current families who help us grow our community.

1. Open House Referral Incentive

A current Providence Academy family who refers a non-related family to attend our Annual Open House will receive a waiver of their registration fee for the following school year, provided that:

  • The referred family has not previously expressed interest in Providence Academy or been in contact with the school administration prior to the referral.

  • The referring family ensures the referred family attends the Open House event in person.

  • The referring family must notify the school office of the referral prior to the Open House date and ensure the referred family indicates their name on the event registration or sign-in form.

2. Enrollment Referral Incentive

A current Providence Academy family who refers a non-related family that subsequently enrolls and attends Providence Academy for one full academic year will receive a $500 tuition credit toward their own family's tuition for the following school year, provided that:

  • The referred family has not previously expressed interest in Providence Academy or been in contact with the school administration prior to the referral.

  • The new family completes a full school year and pays their tuition in full.

  • The referring family notifies the school office of the referral before the new family submits an application.

  • The $500 tuition credit will be applied after the new family completes their first full academic year.

Additional Terms:

  • "Non-related" is defined as a family not related by blood, marriage, or legal guardianship to the referring family.

  • There is no limit to the number of referrals a family may make; however, incentives are not cumulative for the same referred family.

  • All referrals must be documented through the school office to be eligible.

We thank you for sharing the mission and community of Providence Academy with others!

Financial Aid:

Providence Academy is committed to keeping our academy open to all families; therefore, financial aid is offered and is based on a family’s ability to pay. Our third-party program, BeneFAQ, considers income, number of children, and living expenses to determine what tuition a family is able to pay.

To apply for aid, visit BeneFAQ HERE to fill out application, or scroll to bottom of this page.

Note: Financial aid and multiple students discount pricing is not available for 3 yr. and Pre-K tuition.

 Scholarship Opportunities:

Providence Academy currently offers the Michael Abnet Scholarship in memory of a beloved and late staff member, Michael Abnet. He worked many jobs to ensure his own daughter, Michaela, could attend Providence from Preschool to Senior Year. This scholarship honors his memory and provides a years’ worth of tuition for a high school student. The recipient is selected annually and announced during Spring Semester. Please contact the office on how to apply.
