Upper School
In the Upper School, the students pass through the Logic and Rhetoric stages of a classical education, learning to reason rightly and express their arguments persuasively in both written and spoken form.
Providence Academy delivers academic excellence and spiritual formation with core studies in the following subjects in the Upper School.
High School Course Catalog
The following chart outlines our high school course progressions. As 9th and 10th grade take classes together, and 11th and 12th grade take classes together, students (depending on their year) may take “Cycle II” classes before “Cycle I” and “Cycle IV” classes before “Cycle III.” Not all of the following classes are required. Credit hours are indicated in the chart below.
