Discounts, Financial Aid, and Scholarships

Discounts:

Multiple Student Discount:

Providence Academy offers a multiple student discount to assist families with tuition costs. Our grades are broken up into two schools: Lower School and Upper School. The first student you have will be the full tuition rate (starting with your oldest student) and any other students enrolled in the same school (i.e. lower or upper) will receive the multiple student discount. See the breakdown of the discount below.

Note: If you have more than three children in a school category (i.e. lower or upper), the 3rd Student Tuition pricing applies to any additional students.

Example:

Mary has 4 children. A 10th grader, a 7th grader, a 4th grader, and a 2nd grader. Her tuition is below:

10th Grader: $8,242.00 (first student)

7th Grader: $5,238.00 (second student discount as they are 2nd student enrolled in upper school)

4th Grader: $5,689.00 (first student—in lower school, so goes back to 1st student pricing)

2nd Grader: $4,551.00 (second student discount as they are 2nd student enrolled in lower school)

 Family Tuition Referral Program

Providence Academy offers a generous student referral program to its families.  Families can earn discounts and tuition for referring families in the following ways:

  1. $100 tuition credit per family referral to a current Providence family assuming that the referred family stays enrolled through December and pays tuition for students in grades K-12.

  2. Free Tuition Drawing:  If there are 7 or more student referrals received prior to July 15, with each paying the tuition rates outlined above in grades K-12, the referring Providence family will be entered into a drawing to receive free tuition for one year for one child (not to exceed $5,470 (lower school) or $7,925 (upper school).  NOTE:  This is contingent on all referral families attending Providence for at least one year.

Financial Aid:

Providence Academy is committed to keeping our academy open to all families; therefore, financial aid is offered and is based on a family’s ability to pay. Our third-party program, FACTS, considers income, number of children, and living expenses to determine what tuition a family is able to pay.

To apply for aid, visit FACTS here to fill out application, or scroll to bottom of this page.

Note: Financial aid and multiple students discount pricing is not available for 3 yr. and Pre-K tuition.

 Scholarship Opportunities:

Providence Academy currently offers the Michael Abnet Scholarship in memory of a beloved and late staff member, Michael Abnet. He worked many jobs to ensure his own daughter, Michaela, could attend Providence from Preschool to Senior Year. This scholarship honors his memory and provides a years’ worth of tuition for a high school student. The recipient is selected annually and announced during Spring Semester. Please contact the office on how to apply.
